Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and service availability.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Yuha Electric is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Refused deliveries
  • Failure to retrieve packages from carrier facilities

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. Contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will assist in investigating the shipment; however, final determinations may depend on the carrier's investigation results.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and contents immediately.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Retain all original packaging materials.

Failure to provide supporting documentation may affect claim eligibility.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (United States Orders)

Most orders shipped to the United States are delivered without issue; however, customs authorities may occasionally assess duties, taxes, or import fees.

Any government-imposed charges not collected during checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Yuha Electric has no control over customs processing times or customs-related fees.
