Order Confirmation

The order is accepted only after shipment occurs.

• Cancel affected orders
• Correct pricing
• Issue refunds if necessary

Order Modifications

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted before shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
