Pre-Service Instructions
- Close both valves by turning the high and low knobs clockwise before connecting
- Connect the red (high) hose to the high port and the blue (low) hose to the low port
- If using adapters, ensure they are fully tightened and piercing the access valve
Important Notes
- A system found to be low on refrigerant as a result of a leak must be fully evacuated before recharging
- If charging on the liquid or high side, use only the high side valve — keep the low side valve closed
- After testing, always use a recovery machine to evacuate refrigerant remaining in hoses or the manifold
- Always wear safety goggles and avoid contact with refrigerant
