    Key Features

    • Free-Floating Piston Valves — less wear and tear compared to market-standard twisting piston valves; longer service life
    • Double O-Ring Seal — superior seal for fewer leaks and more reliable operation
    • Class 1.6 Accuracy, 80mm Gauges — large, colour-coordinated dials for easy refrigerant recognition and accurate readings
    • Factory Calibrated — gauges correctly calibrated before shipment; field recalibration is possible via adjusting the screw on gauge face
    • 3×150cm Standard Hoses — 1/4" SAE connections; blue low-side, red high-side, yellow centre
    • Depressor Fittings — built-in depressors pierce Schrader valve cores on connection

    Pre-Service Instructions

    1. Close both valves by turning the high and low knobs clockwise before connecting
    2. Connect the red (high) hose to the high port and the blue (low) hose to the low port
    3. If using adapters, ensure they are fully tightened and piercing the access valve

    Important Notes

    • A system found to be low on refrigerant as a result of a leak must be fully evacuated before recharging
    • If charging on the liquid or high side, use only the high side valve — keep the low side valve closed
    • After testing, always use a recovery machine to evacuate refrigerant remaining in hoses or the manifold
    • Always wear safety goggles and avoid contact with refrigerant
